Qualification
Applicants must have completed at least 12 years of formal education, or the equivalent in their home country.
Admission Procedures

- STEP1 Submitting application documents to our school
※Pay the non-refundable application fee of 40,000 yen upon application. - STEP2 We make a selection on the basis of the documents submitted and notify you of the result of the selection.
- STEP3 We apply to Tokyo Immigration Bureau for approval of Certificate of Eligibility.
- STEP4 We get results of the approval from Tokyo Immigration Bureau and contact you.
- STEP5 You will be requested to pay the tuition and fees by transferring to our bank account.
- STEP6 Upon confirmation of your remittance, we’ll send you Certificate of Eligibility and Letter of Acceptance of Admission.
- STEP7 Visa Issuance You will go to the nearest Japanese Embassy or Japanese Consulate with above documents for the visa to be issued.
- STEP8 Entry to Japan Arrive in Japan and visit our school

- Application for Admission (should be filled by student) (school format)
- Personal History (should be filled by student) (school format)
- Reason for Studying Japanese in Japan (should be filled by student)
- Last graduation certificate or Equivalent certificate (original)
- School Transcript from last school
- Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Employment (only for those with working experience)
- 6photos (Length 4cm x Width 3cm)
Write your full name, nationality and date of birth on the back. - Photocopy of Passport (if you have)
Entry and Exit stamp pages in case if you have been to Japan.
【Documents of Guarantor (financial supporter)】
- Letter of paying expenses (should be filled by guarantor)
- Certificate of Relationship to Applicant
- Certificate of Deposit (Account verification, equivalent of over 15,000US$ (any currency is available)
- Photocopies of the bankbook, or transaction for last 3 years.
- Employment Certificate
If guarantor is businessman (Business Registration) - Certificate of Income for last 3 years
- Certificate of Income Tax Payment issued by tax office for last 3 years.

1. The above tuition and fees include tuition fee, textbooks, teaching materials,
the fees of equipment, extra-curricular activities and insurance for international student.
2. Extracurricular activities are conducted as part of the class, so it can’t be refunded even
in non-participation for personal reasons.
3. No refund of tuition and fees will be made for any reasons.
